2. Safety and operator changes

Safety comes first. Dive168, instructors and boat operators may change sites, schedules or participation based on weather, sea conditions, diver ability or operational requirements.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation eligibility depends on the booked service and notice period shown in the published cancellation policy. Non-refundable third-party or activated eLearning fees may be deducted.

4. Customer responsibilities

Customers must follow instructor and crew directions, use equipment responsibly, arrive on time and disclose conditions that could affect safe participation.
